Mother of Pearl Scrub
The second day of our 22nd anniversary trip to Turks and Caicos I went to the spa for a "mother of pearl" scrub. Crushed conch shell, oil and peppermint rubbed all over then nine jets of water spraying it off and strawberry oil rubbed all over. I took a picture of the reflection pool in a reflection.

More on Hong Kong
Hong Kong is a city kind to blind people, the street lights have a clicking noise that starts when the light is in your favor and gets faster as you cross and it gets ready to change. The escalators also have a clicking noise when you approach them. The only problem is there are no blind people on the streets! In China they are regulated to be either a masseuse or a piano tuner.
Notes on a trip
Hong Kong 4/3/2008
The day of markets first the flower market which is huge and saddens me to think the NYC flower market has shrunk to 1 city block.
Then the Bird Market, lots of chirping, bird cages, bought one and in usual Lenore style became more obsessed with the accessories that go with the birdcages than the actual birdcages themselves. Bought many little tiny porcelain water dishes in different patterns.
The Jade Market hmmm the color green...
